1. Warm up

Before any dance session, it is extremely important to dedicate some time for a good warm up session. Warming up not only loosens up your muscles but also reduces the risk of injury. It prepares your body for the activity to come. Warm up can range from various activities like Brisk walk, Stretch exercises, Aerobics etc.

2. Learn Ballet & Jazz

Learning dance styles like Ballet and Jazz will make you self-aware of your body and help you perform better as a dancer. It will also make you a graceful dancer which will help you evolve and grow in your dancing career.

3. Experiment with all dance styles

Never stop yourself from the experience of learning. Learn as many dance styles that you can. It will make you a versatile dancer. Don’t limit yourself. You will be surprised with what all you can achieve.
